At least one CBA from each center should plan to attend the upcoming DETA Special Operations
Boot Camp. This is in-depth, one-of-a-kind, advanced training that you will not
want to miss.
This conference is required for all FSBDC DETA Specialists and is open to all FSBDC Business
Analysts. SBDC personnel and DETA specialists from other states and all economic development practitioners are also encouraged
to attend. Day 5 is a stand-alone session open to PTAC personnel which focuses on leading edge marketing
and sales optimization tools. Registration
for Day 5 only is $75.00. A continental breakfast and afternoon cookie break are provided each day. Participants will be on their own for lunch and dinner.
AFCI has reverse engineered the Malcolm Baldridge Model criteria and developed a logical
set of best practices to help your clients’ businesses be more competitive. Attendees will
also be provided intranet access, for a period of one year, to the web-based Business Advisor
Toolkit (policies, procedures and spreadsheet models) and the ACI Sales Optimizer
(tool that guides marketing and sales processes using Fortune-500 leading edge techniques
and practices in Business-to-Business and Business-to-Government markets).
