One-on-one counseling is provided by professionally trained and experienced
Certified Business Analysts
(CBAs). CBAs will help you:

  • answer questions and discuss ideas;
  • identify problems and find solutions;
  • share knowledge and information; and
  • provide advice related to virtually any area of business management.

Counseling sessions are personalized, confidential and free of charge.

Workshops, seminars and conferences provide current and practical information on business topics ranging from the basics to more advanced business management skills. Instructors include CBAs, faculty, government and private-sector professionals. Nominal fees may be charged for training events.

  • Extensive libraries maintained at each SBDC containing key directories, periodicals, government publications, reference books, planning guides and business management magazines.

  • Access to information resources through the FSBDCN's statewide Small Business Resource Network(www.SBRN.org) and private- and public-sector sources, including attorneys, accountants, bankers, etc.
