| Jamie Hardy is the information specialist at the Florida SBDC Network State Director's Office (SDO). She is the first point of contact at the SDO, answering the main phone line. She assists with the Professional Development Program, including helping with the coordination of the annual conference, compiling the quarterly reports and overseeing certifications and recertifications of FSBDCN business analysts. Other duties include data entry, clerical tasks and providing support to all members of the FSBDCN. | |||
